Introduction to Our Organizational Structure

Our organizational chart reflects a thoughtfully designed hierarchy that fosters clarity, collaboration and accountability across all levels of our company. At the helm is our Chairman and Board of Directors, supported by the Executive Committee and Advisor, who guide strategic direction and governance. Beneath them, the Managing Director oversees departments such as Compliance, Cost Control, QHSE and Training — ensuring operational excellence and regulatory alignment. A key pillar is the Deputy Managing Director, who bridges administrative and technical leadership, connecting vital units like Engineering, Procurement, Project Management and HR.
